Each individual may hold only one pk365 account. Duplicate accounts, proxy registrations, and shared accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

All pk365 bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until applicable rollover conditions are met. Attempting to abuse bonus offers is a violation of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk365 ("pk365", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk365.bar.

pk365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Each individual is permitted to hold one pk365 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. pk365 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts except the earliest registered one will be closed, and any balances or bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
pk365 operates under international licensing standards and targets the Pakistani market. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using pk365 is lawful in their jurisdiction. pk365 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside the scope of its operating license. Players accessing the platform from restricted territories do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk365 account credentials, including your username and password. pk365 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. pk365 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from pk365 that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
pk365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposit transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the pk365 cashier at the time of transaction. pk365 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are processed only after the completion of mandatory KYC identity verification. Withdrawals will be sent exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified account in the player's name where a direct return is not possible.
pk365 aims to process withdrawal requests within standard processing timeframes. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution involved. pk365 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
pk365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, consistent with its anti-money laundering obligations under international licensing standards.
All account balances, bets, and winnings on pk365 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the player has selected an alternative supported currency. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. pk365 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
pk365 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity. All transactions on pk365 are subject to AML monitoring. pk365 reserves the right to suspend accounts, hold funds, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse of the platform for financial crime.
pk365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonuses credited to a pk365 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are detailed in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds must be used before real money funds when both are present in an account, unless the cashier interface specifies otherwise.
All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free bets or spins that are not used within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically. Extensions to bonus validity periods are at pk365's sole discretion and will not be granted as a matter of course.
pk365 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or mathematically offsetting bets to complete wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, and coordinating with other players to abuse referral or loyalty programmes. Where bonus abuse is detected, pk365 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.
Note: pk365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the modification, subject to their original terms.
All sports bets placed on pk365 are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market type. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pk365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conditions, including but not limited to match-fixing investigations, event cancellations, or manifest pricing errors.
In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. pk365 may suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice. Any bets submitted during a market suspension period will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
All casino games and slot titles available on pk365 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or are sourced from internationally audited live casino providers. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical and based on long-run statistical outcomes. Individual session results may vary significantly from published RTP figures.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome or odds display, pk365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. pk365 is not liable for any losses arising from system errors, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, or interruptions to third-party game provider services.

pk365 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers where necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, or fulfil payment processing requirements.
pk365 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon termination of your account, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international licensing framework under which pk365 operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through pk365 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
